We want you to love your purchase! Please review our return policy below before reaching out.
Returns We accept returns on unworn clothing items with original tags attached and clear garment packaging with SKU label intact. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return Window Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the return window begins the day tracking shows "Delivered"). Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request being submitted to qualify for a full refund. For split-package orders, the window starts from the final package delivery date.
Restocking Fee Returns that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
Shipping Costs Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item.
Processing Time Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been reviewed and processed.
